The Ninja keeps its melee identity while gaining new ways to strike from a distance. Ripped Heart and Slice N' Dice receive new mechanics and animations, while Repel Stars and Magnetic Stars make their direction of movement clearer.

01 / RIPPED HEART

Mark. Extract. Rupture.

  • Three-hit attack: Strike a target up to 5 tiles away. The sequence follows the marked target and ends with a 3×3 area hit around it.
  • Empowered finisher: The final strike becomes stronger when the marked target is below 35% health.
  • Lower mana cost: Reduced from 75% to 25% of maximum mana. Base cooldown remains 20 seconds.
  • New animation: A visible blood mark is extracted and severed by crossing blades before a sweeping crimson finisher.
  • Target rules: Pending strikes cancel if the target dies, leaves valid range, changes floor, enters protection or is no longer in line of sight. The sequence does not switch to another target.
02 / SLICE N' DICE

Two passes. One chosen area.

  • Choose your center: Deliver both strikes around a selected target up to 5 tiles away, including the center tile. Without a selected target, the attack remains centered on the Ninja.
  • Crossing blade sequences: Broad horizontal cuts are followed by a vertical sweep, matching the spell's actual Wheel area.
  • Original foundations: Existing damage formulas, mana cost, cooldown and Wheel requirement remain unchanged.
03 / THROWING STARS

Outward pressure. Returning blades.

  • Repel Stars: Spinning stars travel outward toward the targets hit by the spell. Existing damage and push mechanics remain unchanged.
  • Magnetic Stars: The stars travel back toward the Ninja. Existing damage and pull mechanics remain unchanged.
